Jokkolabs Dakar

Jokkolabs Dakar est un espace de travail partagé professionnel avec une atmosphère communautaire. C’est un espace ouvert, qui accueille tout entrepreneur cherchant à développer son réseau, rencontrer de nouveaux collaborateurs, échanger sur ses pratiques et développer ses projets professionnels, personnels ou associatifs.

Il est conçu pour répondre aux besoins des micro-entreprises, travailleurs indépendants, travailleurs à domicile, entrepreneurs, start-ups ou encore les travailleurs de l’économie numérique, écrivains, designers et autres professionnels des nouveaux médias ou des arts numériques dont le travail ne rentre pas dans un modèle de bureau classique.

 

CTIC Dakar

Cette organisation à but non lucratif a vu le jour en avril 2011 sous l’impulsion du secteur privé sénégalais (Organisation des Professionnels des TIC), soucieux de dynamiser le secteur TIC et de favoriser la croissance des entreprises les plus innovantes.

 

Africa Living Lab

African Living Lab (ALL), which is located in Senegal, West Africa, aims at developing an innovation platform to enable the development in several focus fields. Researchers and students of Group ISEG/UNIDAF are going to develop operational activities and projects in close cooperation with numerous national and international organizations and universities. African Living Lab has as ambition to develop a network of laboratories in West Africa closely with ENoLL members. African Living Lab is going to favour technology, competences and know-how transfer at the benefit of the african universities, enterprises and organizations.

 

Mobile Senegal 

MobileSenegal is the first initiative of its kind in a Francophone country in Africa. It is recognized as a Tech Hub by the World Bank. It was founded in 2008 under the umbrella of Pace University in the US and evolves in collaboration with partners across Senegal and beyond. Its mission is to build capacity in mobile technology by participating in the introduction of mobile courses in educational institutions, organizing activities for the wider community, and promoting the work of the Senegalese mobile community. Mobile4Senegal was created to be the legal entity of MobileSenegal and is a registered association in Senegal.

 

Jiguene Tech Hub

Jjiguene Tech Senegal is seeking to become the first woman tech Hub in Senegal. Our aim is to encourage, inspire and train more women in the tech ecosystem in Senegal through networking, training, mentoring and sharing knowledge. Women in Senegal work and share in many sectors but not on the technology sector. In order to increase the number of women in tech, entrepreneurs and more girls to take science courses at university so as to reduce the gender gap and compete favourably with our male counterparts for jobs and improve the livelihoods of women in Senegal.
